Some content is available without an account. To access additional features, users must create an account by providing their email and the date they started or plan to start freelancing. Full access to the ‘Flightplan’ program requires a paid subscription.

A paid subscription provides a 12-month license to the platform. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the subscription term. After the 12 months, access to paid features is discontinued unless the subscription is renewed.
Discounts, free subscriptions, and partner-funded accounts may be offered at our discretion.
We offer a 30-day refund period if you have not unlocked all content. If all content is unlocked, it is assumed you have used the program, and no refund will be provided. After 30 days, no refunds are available.
We reserve the right to reject accounts and will refund within the first 30 days if accounts are denied. If users are removed for violations after 30 days, no refund will be issued.

###8. User-Generated Content Any content submitted by users (e.g., comments, discussions) remains the responsibility of the user. By submitting content, you grant Freelancing Support the right to use, display, or share your content for marketing or other purposes.
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform, there may be times when the service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by such unavailability.
The platform is provided “as-is” and without any express or implied warranties. Your use of Freelancing Support is at your sole risk.
Freelancing Support and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites or resources linked from the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

Freelancing Support is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or unforeseen technical failures.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for users who violate these Terms of Service.
